Commercial Scope of Work
Pre Construction
Review building codes and blueprints to ensure plumbing industry standards and government regulations
Recommend changes to current plumbing structure in buildings to overcome issues
Underground, Top Out/Rough, Finish Plumbing
Locate, mark and document positions of pipe installations and connections
Locate and inspect sewer system with video equipment
Excavate trenches, lay pipelines, link piping system to the local water main and sewage system
Fabricate, assemble and Install plumbing systems and subsystems- water supply systems, waste and sewage drainage and venting systems, water drainage systems, and gas supply systems
Install piping sections, tubing, valves, pumps, water heaters, backflow preventers, water meters, expansion tanks, water filters, water softeners, heat exchangers, gauges, control systems and water purification & filtration systems
Install plumbing fixtures for restrooms, supply closets, kitchen facilities and common areas
Post Construction Plumbing Inspection
Hydro jet pipe lines and systems, test and certify backflow systems and inspect sewer system with video equipment
Complete final quality control inspection of facilities prior to building opening
